To protect us and you, this is the contract for your wedding photography We have a set of terms that form the contract and have listed these below, if you don't want to read them and want a short version, they go something like this; you book and pay and this gives you the wedding photography service with the package at that time regardless if it changes after. We may use your photos for marketing and albums take around 2 weeks to be ready. if you don't pay you don't get anything and that we are not responsible if guest take photos and mess up our photos or any other acts of god. if you accept the albums that are previewed these are sold as seen, mistakes cannot be corrected.
You should make a copy of this page and the package pricing page as these are accurate, everything else was correct when it was published and may not be 100% accurate and you should only reply on the pricing page details.

· We reserve the right to use any of photographs taken during the event, this includes venues and persons present. (Also know as a model release)
· We cannot take responsibility for photos where people and/or animals who may not be committing to the photographs.
· Reception photos are taken during speeches, cake cutting, the first dance and general photos of the event but may not include the last dance. All posed photos are taken as to your instructions and choice. We will not shoot by a list (as this often goes wrong and takes much longer).
· It is for you to enquire about photos taken during your wedding ceremony. We therefore offer no warranty that photos will be taken during this time due to legal issues.
· A undetermined amount of photos will be taken and all photos will be included on to your compact disc, which also includes edited photographs subject to your contract.
· We give you the right to use, copy and reprint all of your photographs for non profit, and non commercial usage; Written notice will be given in such cases. You may not copy and distribute the slide shows or image/negative discs in any form.
· All booking fees are payable in advance and are non refundable. (deposit's/booking fees are 50% of your package or contract price) .
· Bookings are confirmed by writing and/or email, booking dates are not held until deposits have been paid and cleared with the returned information/booking sheets.
· You have read the information on the website and understand the services that are being offered and purchased.
· Album upgrades and guest books are a separate service and should be paid for separately in advanced.
· You must book at least 12 weeks in advanced; additional effects and services should be with longer advanced notice for items such as back drops and staging areas. (I recommend booking a year in advance as most people do so)
· We take no responsibility for loss or damages to your photos, compact disc or album however caused once released by the photographer. Please consider insurance.
· Guests are not allowed to take photographs during the wedding events randomly, as this delays the photography and causes other issues. ( they will be allowed under the photographers consession)
· Albums/previews are normally available around 18 working days after your wedding day or the conformation of prints or layout. Additional effects or re touching may take longer or where the selection of images is delayed on your return orders. Certain albums and the time of year of the order will also effect delivery/ availability of the albums.
· Digital images books are sold as seen within the preview and cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing fault. Postage is at your risk (you are welcome to collect)
· All shipping costs and insurances for shipping albums and other services/goods are your responsibility and not included in pricing.
· Charges may apply for storage of wedding images/albums past 3 months form the date of the wedding. Charge may also apply for materials not returned. (such as preview discs/contact sheets) at such time greater than nine months after the wedding date, all items not ordered will be cancelled and no refunds given in respect of the goods not received (only if you do not place an order) if we do not provide your good within 3 months of your wedding due to our neglect and reasons within our control a proportional refund will be made.
· We may change the prices from what is displayed on the site currently to the cover costs and the locations travel costs or fuel rises. All prices are correct estimates at the time of publishing.
· Pricing shown on the website is pre booking prices only.
· These terms are subject to change at any time without notice and will be displayed on this section of the site. It is your reasonability to check for updates.
· By contact us you agree to these terms and conditions . Unsolicited (spammers) will be charged.
· You have the statutory right to cancel your contract with us within 7 days of booking
·All visits that do not book the wedding services shall be charged £40 + travel ( this fee is waved for couples that book), no charges are made for email enquires and online bookings.
· Quotes are valid for 24 hours from the time of the quote.
· Refunds of 50% are given on the booking fee, provided at least 8 months notice of cancellation is given before the booked date.
· Should you delay your wedding for any reasons, your booking fee will be held on account for a period no greater than four months.
· You must keep a set of contact details with your photographs, protect the copyright of the photographer when using the images online in a web site or any other means of distribution and display, and must contain the photographers name and web site address.
· A maximum insurance value of 50,000 british pounds is covered with each package or hired contracted by National Photographer.
· We reserve the right to use alternative photographers in the the event of illness or the photographer not being available for other reason.
· Electrical goods are with-out warranty returns should be directed to the manufacture as we only acting as your agent.
· Special offers are only available once and singly to each package or contract and are subject to availability within the limits of the offer.
· Albums, print orders and slide shows will not be delivered in cases where, Preview discs are not returned, final payment is not made.
· Packages may be held as described at the time of booking (including prints, albums and disc's) or alternative services will be offered at our discression.
· Theft from this site or the sale or part of the content, will be deemed as a purchase and billed accordingly. Data and content remains the property of its owner or National photographer. No downloading, printing or copying is permitted what so ever with out written permission from the owner.
· Complaints should be registered within 14 days of the service date or within 7 days of your return from honeymoon if you leave for your honeymoon directly after the wedding.
· All data supplied is kept safe and deleted when there is no use for this information. For tax reasons your data is held for 3 years.
· Clients should contact the photographer two weeks before the wedding to confirm the appointment or we will declare the contract as voided and that the wedding will not be going ahead.
· All photographic material and prints are as seen unless stated or requested otherwise. please be aware that the screen you view the images on may show the image differently due to calibration and resolutions.
· All albums are a separate service to the third party whom you purchase the album via our service connection and form two separate contracts.
· Parent, family and friend digital image books and album orders should be be within 5 weeks of the wedding date. After this time we cannot guaranty they will be available.
· Digital negatives discs must be purchased with a photographic print or album order.
· We shall provide you with images of your wedding on demand.
· We shall provide an album and prints within the services purchased.
· We will provide you with a range of images to select from.
· We shall provide a photographer on your wedding day of equal or better experience should we not be available.
· We shall act in due care with our photography service and images and other services.
